Michael Gibson is the CFO of Global Dynamic Consulting, Inc. He has been with the company since 2020. Prior to joining GDC, Michael was

the President of SDDS Holdings, Inc., a national distribution company. He joined SDDS in 2006 when he came on board as the company’s

Controller and was promoted to President in 2014.

 

Michael served on the Board of Directors for SDDS and was a member of the SDDS ESOP Committee since its inception in 2008. Michael

currently chairs the board of directors for Material Motions, Inc., an employee-owned company that is a global leader in the packaged

product solutions industry.

 

Prior to SDDS, Michael worked five years in the government contracting industry where his responsibilities included management of the

accounting and finance departments.

Michael earned his MBA from Brenau University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
